How to submit a ticket?

  1. Go to www.zoom.ph.
  2. If you already have an account, just login to your account.
  3. Locate Submit Ticket in the Quick Navigation tab.
  4. On the next page. You can choose and select the appropriate department for your problem.
  • Sales-Domain and Hosting. If you have a question about our sales on domain and hosting.
  • Support-Domain and Hosting. If you have a problem about your Domain and Hosting.
  • Billing and Accounting. If you have concerns or inquiries about how to pay and how much our packages are.
  • Top Management. If you have any concerns that can be answered by our Top Managers.
  • Sales SiteHaven. If you have concerns or question about our product, Sitehaven.
  • Sales-Dmark. If you have concerns or question about our SEO services.
  • Sales-Web Design. If you have a question about our sales on Web Design Service.
  • Project Management-Web. If you have any concerns or question for our Project Managers.
  • Support SiteHaven. If you have a problem and questions on our SiteHaven product.
  • Sales-Mobile Apps. If you have any concerns or question about our sales in Mobile Apps.
  1. Just click on the department that you want to submit a ticket.
  2. Once the next page show up. Fill up all the blank textbox.
  • Name. The name that will appear on your submitted ticket.
  • Email Address. Your email address.
  • Subject. What is the subject of your concern
  • Department. Choose on what department you want to submit your ticket.
  • Priority. How important your concern is.
  • Message. Your message that will appear on your submitted ticket.

*if you needed to include attachments on your ticket. Click Choose File. And add your file.

  • There will be a Spam Bot Verification. Please enter the characters you see in the image next to the blank textbox into the text box provided. This is required to prevent automated submissions.
  1. Click Submit.

If you do not have an account

  1. Click Register on the upper right of the page.
  2. Fill up all the blank textbox.
  3. Proceed to step no. 3.
