Due to the recent announcement for ECQ, the Management has decided to put the company on flexible work arrangement.
As such, all employees shall stop from performing duties and responsibilities starting 29 of March until April 4, 2021, with the exception of selected personnel who will form part of the skeletal workforce.
We are imploring on clients’ understanding on this decision that is necessarily urgent. For the meantime, clients may still send concerns through our ticketing system while telephone and Livehelp support will be temporarily disabled. The skeletal workforce shall endeavor to respond to tickets within 24 to 48 hours.
